This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or advertising. It does not ask you to enter personal information. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device’s IP address is shared with Google when a page loads.

When you contact us or are referred to us
If you call, email or are referred to us, we record the information needed to keep you safe and support you, such as your contact details, your circumstances and any risks. Some of this is special category information, such as information about your health, religion or ethnicity. We use it only to provide our services, and we keep it securely.
We only share your information with other organisations with your agreement, or where the law allows or requires us to, for example to protect a child or adult from serious harm.
How long we keep it
We keep records only as long as we need them to support you and to meet our legal obligations, and then we securely delete them.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct it, and in some cases to ask us to delete it or stop using it. To make a request, email [email protected].
